Avon Vendor Event

Today I participated in my first Avon vendor event!
I am going to be straight forward and honest, as I usually am.  It wasn't my favorite thing to do!
It was fun because I was doing what I love... Avon!  However, I wasn't a big fan of some of the other vendors.  There was about a total of 20-30 vendors present.  I will say this... *most* of them were wonderful!  However, there is no need to be rude or condescending to a "competitor".  PLEASE remember that as an Avon rep.. and when you do encounter this (and you will!) do not stoop to their level.  Just smile and keep doing your thing, this will attract people to your table even more!          :) :) :) :)
Seriously... just keep smiling... (and quoting Molly Stone Bibb here).. ONWARD!

There's a lot of things people assume about Avon.  Like it is just for grandmother's. Or we only sell makeup. A lot of things have changed over the years!

I think this is a bold statement, that done it's job!  It got people talking, didn't it?  Avon definitely isn't just for your grandmother anymore!
I love this video and the message behind it.  I'm hearing a lot of Avon reps say "oh, well, I like the message behind it, just not the cussing."
Like it or not, good or bad, it's bringing (or more like DEMANDING) attention to Avon.  Use it to your advantage to market your business... don't be afraid to stand out!
I'll probably get a little hate over sharing and promoting this video for my Avon business.  But ya know what, ladies??  FUCK THAT!  I love this video!
